Wonderful charming hotel. Staff especially the lovely Reception Alexandro & Loretto couldn’t have been more helpfull! And the Manager Rodrigo also so very helpful and kind! Only a street away from Lastarria Street, which is the most beautiful street with awesome food! 10 out of 10 for service! 10 out of 10 for kindness and help!
A very pleasant boutique hotel in a bohemian district of Santiago Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Easy walking to the city centre and Barrio Italia district.
A really nice boutique hotel centrally located yet on a quiet side street. Five minute walk to Lastarria/Santa Lucia/Centro and to Bellavista. The U Catolica (red line) Metro is just around the corner. Staff are wonderful; rooms have high ceilings and windows; vintage wood floors. Pretty affordable and a good discount for a stay longer than four days. Only downside is the breakfast is pretty limited compared to other hotels in Santiago.
We had a great time at Casa Bueras Hotel! The staff was amazing, very polite and kind. They arranged evething to make our check-in better! They even granted us a bottle of sparkilng wine to celebrate our Honeymoon. Thank you all!
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bueras … especially the staff who went out of their way to help us meet our needs in ‘Santiago. I would like to mention that the hotel blankets and carpet seemed very old and dirty and need to be replaced. Other than that, it was great!
Thank you. We greatly enjoyed our visit.
We loved our stay at Casa Bueras! We were very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and lovely outdoor patio. We felt this hotel was perfectly located for exploring Santiago. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff. Always helpful, kind, gracious, friendly, outgoing and attentive. My favorite Loreto, loved talking to her and learning about Santiago and Chile.
El personal que atiende el Restaurante desatento y sin ganas de atender al cliente. Nunca nos ofrecieron el complemento del desayuno . La limpieza teníamos que solicitarla , ya no hacían la habitación pasando las 15hrs.
Everything exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptional, the location superb, and the breakfast, just perfect. A wonderful respite on our trip. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool area to rest and recharge I hope I got this right, 10 out of 10 being the best!
Great hotel, in a very pleasant location. Loved the open air breakfast/dining area overlooking to pool and garden.
Loved our stay and having a little private oasis to escape to after exploring the city. Like the honor bar concept but wish it was more consistently stocked. Hotel rooms were nice but the bathroom showers were a little dirty, mildewy.
Great location. Quiet and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will stay here every time I visit Santiago
We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. Eating breakfast on the patio was a great way to start the day. We really liked the neighborhood and felt safe walking around in the evening.
Some staff, especially the staff on reception were excellent. However, the breakfast staff were a little slow, tables weren’t cleared and orders not always correct. Unusual to be asked if we wanted our room to be cleaned - surely this is something that should just happen? Ridiculously small towels n the bathroom. The A/C in room 13 was very poor - we did report this.
This is a somewhat older boutique hotel that was what I expected and a little more. It’s quiet, comfortable, friendly, well-located, affordable and decidedly not the big box hotel environment I don’t care for. The people were superb, the breakfast was just right, and the honor bar was a great touch. Again, older, but nice rooms and a great place to stay.
Very cosy and nice hotel. Perfect location to discover the city with a neighborhood of artists, changing markets and lot if restaurants.. Very friendly and personal (still: professional) staff.
A very warm welcome. Very helpful staff at the desk. Breakfast is served very kindly in a lovely dining room overviewing a pretty garden. We had our breakfast under the veranda listening to the birds. The hotel is located in a charming area with a lively atmosphere on the Sunday which contrasted with the quietness of the hotel. Strongly recommended
Most staff were very pleasant. One person gave us some grief about our daughter visiting us and told us she could stay no more than one hour. We told them she would not be staying overnight. The only other complaint is the bathrooms. There is mildew or mold in the corners and scum in the showers. They need to be deep cleaned. It’s not the fault of the daily cleaning staff.

Front desk staff was amazing! Made the stay very enjoyable.
A beautiful old Casona with lovely pool and breakfast room overlooking, marble staircase, a neat building. The staff are great. Helped me several times with transportation. No complaints there. It's a quirky place though. Had to move the furniture to find an outlet for charging my phone. Most hotels now have charging stations on the night table. I would stay there again.
